BRINGING THE TASTES AND SPIRIT OF THE CARIBBEAN ISLANDS TO CANADA
For years, Caribbean Flavah has made delicious, authentic, and beautiful dishes. Unfortunately, you would have only known it if you went to the restaurant. We were pleased to get the call to develop a marketing plan and tasty brand for them - we think everyone should know about food this good!
LET'S TRY RED INSTEAD
Our first step was to toss out their dull burgundy and brown colours to introduce a Caribbean themed and hunger-inducing colour palette of bright red and yellow.
We also gave Flavah a little Flavah and shaped up a new logo in square and horizontal formats that we knew would look great on their menus, signage, uniforms, website, social media pages, and marketing materials.
SERVICE AND A SMILE
Great restaurants offer more than good food - they're an all around great experience. Whether grabbing dinner to go at Caribbean Flavah's Oshawa location or sitting down to dine in their newly renovated Westdale flagship in Hamilton, you'll enjoy service with a smile and a welcoming atmosphere. We worked with the team to take vibrant photos of their food and people and shared them across the company's marketing materials and online platforms so that even new customers look forward to a familiar face when they walk through the door for the first time.

At the heart of Caribbean Flavah's new marketing ecosystem is a rich new website which tells their story, outlines their services (Caribbean catering anyone?), details their extensive menu, and showcases some of their delicious dishes.
With a lot of other Caribbean restaurants in Southern Ontario, the Caribbean Flavah team wanted to ensure that their brand was unique, compelling, memorable, and consistent.
